The Milano apartment is a spacious and bright ground-floor solution, designed to offer comfort and tranquility in an authentic setting.

At 70 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and overlooks the mountains and the characteristic village of San Giovanni, providing a relaxing atmosphere at any time of day.

The spaces are distributed in a functional and welcoming way: a double bedroom with a king-size bed (convertible into 2 single beds upon request), a second bedroom with joinable single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, also ideal for longer stays.

The modern and practical bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

Outside, the private, furnished terrace invites you to enjoy the view and the slow rhythms of the lake.

A buffet breakfast is included and is served every morning on the residence's terrace or, in case of bad weather, in the welcoming internal breakfast room.
